Let's Build Something Amazing

A successful website or landing page project is a partnership. To ensure Envictus builds something that perfectly captures your vision and goals, a littl preparation goes a long way!

A website works best when it’s built on a solid foundation. Before we start designing and developing, it’s important to gather the essentials. This preparation ensures the process is smooth, efficient, and tailored to your unique goals.

Your Brand Basics

A True Extension of Your Business

A website should serve as an extension of your business and not just a digital placeholder. This is why your brand identity plays such an important role in the design process. Whether you already have a fully developed brand or are just starting to shape your style, the look and feel of your website should always reflect who you are and what you stand for.

First Impressions Matter

Your logo, color palette, and typography work together to create the very first impression visitors will have of your brand. These elements influence how people view your business, building trust and recognition from the moment they arrive on your site. Even if you do not have formal brand guidelines in place, having a clear sense of the personality and overall aesthetic you want to project will guide the design toward a site that feels consistent and professional.

Turning Your Vision Into Design

Inspiration plays a key role as well. By sharing examples of websites that capture your vision, we can shape a design that speaks to your audience while remaining authentic to you. Our goal is to create a website where your brand voice, both visual and written, is present on every page so the experience is not only informative but also memorable.

Your Goals

Defining Your Purpose

Every website needs a clear purpose. Some are built to attract new clients, others to sell products, and many to showcase portfolios or creative work. Understanding why your website exists is the first step in making sure it delivers the results you want.

Guiding Visitor Actions

A successful site gives visitors a clear next step, whether that means booking a service, filling out a contact form, or making a purchase. Knowing the main action you want people to take helps shape the layout, content, and overall flow of your website so it naturally guides users in the right direction.

Measuring Success

Setting goals also helps measure progress after your site is live. Think about what you would like your website to achieve within the first six months, such as generating inquiries, increasing sales, or building an audience. Having these benchmarks in mind allows us to design a site that not only looks great but also works hard for your business.

Technical Essentials

Platform Access

Before a website can be built, an active account on either Wix or Squarespace is required. Clients should select a plan that matches their needs, such as ecommerce, scheduling, or memberships. Envictus will request collaborator access so the account can be configured properly without interrupting ownership or control after initial designs are approved.

Domain and Business Email

A registered domain name is necessary for a professional online presence. Clients who already own a domain should have registrar login details ready so DNS records can be updated. If a domain has not yet been purchased, Envictus can provide guidance on choosing and securing one. For communication, a branded business email account connected to the domain is also recommended to enhance credibility.

Integrations and Tools

Successful websites often rely on external tools that extend functionality. Examples include payment processors, booking calendars, mailing list services, and social media platforms. Clients should identify which integrations are needed and ensure the accounts are active so Envictus can connect them during the build. Analytics and basic compliance pages such as privacy policies can also be added to strengthen trust and performance.
